Wood siding installation and repair require different technique than vinyl or fiber cement — our crews are trained specifically for it.

Active rot or pest infestation gets prioritized quickly since it spreads if left alone.
Seasonal staining and sealing work gets scheduled around Conifer, CO's weather windows.

Wood siding rewards proper maintenance and punishes neglect faster than most other materials.
Shake and shingle patterns installed with proper spacing and fastening for both look and weather performance. We select vertical-grain cedar for better dimensional stability than flat-grain stock.
Rotted or damaged tongue-and-groove and lap boards get replaced individually with matched profile and species. Replacement boards are sealed on all six sides, including the back, before installation to prevent moisture wicking.
Carpenter ant, termite, and woodpecker damage get assessed and repaired, with any pest issue flagged for separate treatment. We probe surrounding boards beyond the visibly damaged one, since rot and pest activity often spread further than they appear.
We match stain color and sheen to your home's existing look or help you choose a refresh. We test stain absorption on a hidden section first, since weathered wood can absorb unevenly.
This profile is popular for accent walls, gables, and full-home installs on Conifer, CO properties. Batten width and spacing get mocked up on-site before final installation so you approve the rhythm of the pattern.
